A Love that last a lifetime.
Can Love Last a Lifetime?
From Infatuation to a Lifelong Symphony.
Can romantic love last or, by its very nature, does it have a best before date? One writer recently suggested that love is only "designed" to last for about four years, or until the offspring of a romance can survive without two guardian parents. Other research has suggested that love inevitably fades after about 15 months. But mostly we seem to have collectively decided that the natural life of a love relationship is even shorter than this. After all, if love is a fever, then it has to die down eventually - right? Even our language suggests that romantic love is brief. If you "fall" in love, then I guess at some point you stand up and dust yourself off.
This perspective on love becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. As one of my clients recently told me, "I almost didn't agree to come for couple therapy. After all, my girl friends all say that there is no solution to my unhappiness and I just have to accept the way love is. After you have been married for a few years there just isn't much of that romance and being-in-love left. You just have to give that up and accept that this is all there is." My client then added, "But I came because I was dying inside. I was angry all the time - after a while screaming into the silence is just too hard." She was telling me about the high price of a distressed relationship and a resigned approach to love.
Another part of this skeptical approach to long term love is the ubiquitous assumption that sexual desire and passion withers once the marriage contract is signed. And it is true that changes, like those involved in becoming parents for example, can dampen eroticism for a while. But is the first flush of infatuation, and the temporary intoxication that comes with a new and highly emotional experience really the best we can expect from a love relationship?
An obvious response to this question is - maybe. If we don't understand love, if it really is a mystery, then there is probably nothing for it but to suffer its comings and goings, and find a way to shrug our shoulders and not expect too much. But my response is that this cynical attitude to love is simply out of date. For the first time in human history, we understand what love is and how to shape it. This changes all the odds in the search for "real love" - the love that lasts

DONT BE AFRAID,GOD IS ALWAYS WITH US.
Dont be afraid. God is always with us.

According to Merriam-Webster's online dictionary, happiness is, 'a state of well-being and contentment'.
If we take the above definition by line, that will relate happiness to the better living or better life.
If we take the above definition by line, that will relate happiness to the better living or better life.
Now let's see what two of the greatest philosophers of all time says:
'Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.'
Mahatma Gandhi
'Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.'
Mahatma Gandhi
This means truth. If you are true to yourself and to the others, and always remain truthful no matter what, you feel the great amount of joy within and that actually makes you happy.
Aristotle's definition goes even wider and deeper. He says, 'Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.'
According to him, happiness is the true purpose of life. And it's beautifully true. I personally can't think of any better definition. Because the pure joy and happiness, which we get by doing or experiencing certain things, is priceless. When you visit a place which is serene and tranquil or has great natural beauty or when you spend time with your beloved ones or do some noble things, your heart gets filled with pure joy. Can you really put a price tag in it? Absolutely not.
So at the end, to sum up all, what we have found? We have found out that, being truthful brings you happiness. Also happiness is what your life should revolve around. Let me tell you dear friends, what I have realized and observed is, happiness lies with simplicity. Every living being needs three basic things to survive; which are: Water, Air and Food. We humans need a lot more. But do we actually need a lot more? We may need more than the basic things but not necessarily a lot more. Unless you are a true Yogi, I will say that when your basic needs are fulfilled, you will look for cloths, shelter and some comfort. And truth is, almost half of the people in our World is living with those basic things only. You don't necessarily need a big house, expensive cars or designer dresses etc., to live. These are the material things which makes your life complicated, makes you do things which may cause tension, create greed and takes some true and simple but profound things away from you which may be priceless.
Living is a form of Art. It's not just living which is a form of Art. A happy life or a happy living is a form of Art which forms a perfect balance between your material greed or desires and your true senses and mental well beings. Mind is the single most powerful controller of our life. Once we loose our mind by running after those unnecessary and materialistic objects, we bring too much of complexity to our lives which causes us to loose ourselves. We move away from truth, we forget to enjoy the small things in life. By not keeping the balance between chasing wealth or material objects and your real needs brings tension into your life. I am not saying that you have to give up everything to be happy. Live a simpler and less complicated life. That could be the first step you can take to feel happiness in your mind.

POSITIVE MIND #005
Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
